My Philosophy

I believe children can thrive when their caregivers are supported. Postpartum and parenting have become increasingly isolated experiences. Parents are overwhelmed with information, yet lacking in support and connection. I provide a warm, supportive environment where parents can build skills, gain confidence, and explore the transitions associated with pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood.

About Me

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a decade of experience working with families with young children. I specialize in working with caregivers from pregnancy through the early years of parenting (birth - age 8). In addition to a clinical social work degree, I have a master’s degree in child development and am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). Over the past decade, I have worked in home-based care, outpatient clinics, and schools. I love spending time with my three young children and we can often be found playing outside and making messes.
